Our philosophy to producing elegant Bordeaux style blends is magic, harmony, and time.

We allow varietals to express their individuality, each of which brings specific unique components to a wine.  The magic of a blend, is when varietals are combined, as in our Meritage, the result is a wine that is great than the sum of its parts, with substantially more depth and complexity.  

The integration of prudent wood and fruit in barrel aged wines must be in harmony, thus it takes a significant amount of time to craft cellar worthy wines necessitating both substantial barrel aging and bottle aging prior to release. As a consequence, we are just releasing our 2007 vintage now in the summer of 2011.
